Not only in finding Villa and agreeing the price, but also proving information on the process and introducing us to other contacts needed for the purchase. We managed to do it all without flying to Spain during lock down. I would definitely recommend them, even to the most particular customer.

We were shown properties by Vince. He arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he show us the properties we had selected, but he also showed similar ones that he thought would be of interest. Also, he didn't pressurise us, instead allowing us the space to discuss things privately as we were viewing the properties.

I am currently finalising my purchase of a holiday home on La Torre Golf Resort in Murcia,Spain. I first saw the apartment online and made enquiries plus a request for a further virtual video for me to see the surrounding areas. Fiona at Sold by giraffe arranged this with Brian and the video was brilliant & just what I wanted whilst stuck here in the UK! Brian has been extremely helpful throughout the process and helped me with lots of queries. He also arranged to attend the apartment so my Architect could carry out a structural survey on my behalf. Nothing is ever too much trouble and that has made me feel really good as their customer who they are looking after.I have now arranged flights to be at my new apartment in early October 2021 after completing on the 24th September. Fiona at Sold by Giraffe has arranged for someone to meet me at the resort entrance,then show me to my new holiday home in the sun! The property we purchased through Sold by Giraffe was also being sold by another selling agent. We actually viewed the property with the other agent / not Sold by Giraffe but we had no hesitation in putting in an offer and going ahead with the purchase with Sold by Giraffe. This was mainly down to their representative Brian Headley who was charming and utterly professional as well as friendly from the off! We cannot praise the effort he went to on our behalf enough - he had been to all the properties we looked at with Sold by Giraffe prior to us seeing them : making them look their best - putting on lights / opening the shutters ……… ensuring that the properties looked their very best - none of the other companies we viewed other properties with did this.He really did go the ‘extra mile’ - even though he had no idea that we would put in an offer with him / Sold by Giraffe.Brian was happy to share his own experiences of buying in the area / places to visit / restaurants to eat at and even treated us to coffee during the morning and also a lunch! This was not ‘the only’ reason that swung it for us! 🤣When we asked Brian questions about different areas he watsapped us details of how to get there - nothing was too much trouble for him. He drove us to a popular beach which we visited later on our own using his excellent directions!He was more than happy to arrange a PCR test for us and took my husband to Los Alcazares to show him where to go! #goingbeyondthecallofdutyBrian spoke so highly of the Company he represented and this was very reassuring to us and we we’re definitely made to feel that our business was valuable to them - the contact and emails that went back & forth between staff member Fiona and ourselves were friendly & professional and efficient and dealt with quickly.WE CANNOT PRAISE ‘SOLD BY GIRAFFE’ ENOUGH! and if you happen to view properties with other agents you will see the difference for yourselves.If you’re selling - please put your property in the very capable, genuine & professional hands if ‘Sold by Giraffe’. 🦒👏🏻
